If you have PSN/XBOX Live, start the game logged out, but make sure you log back in within the game to follow procedure number 3. So I proceed to tell him the problem and asked if he understood this. When I called tech support, this is what happened: The guy I spoke with seemed stunned about this and said, "yeah, I've received one call on this today" (which was several days ago - I think I have the date on page 1). watching some great playoff games makes me want to play and this game has been a big pain with the workaround. If I remember it correctly the Mods at their forums aren't even 2k employees, and they often do not know what 2k is working on or not. There is a long, long history of them not talking in their forums.
As far as I can tell 2k never was a company that was in a direct communication with their customers.
